Where is Lazarus VIP installed? What level of Security and Reliability can I expect from the Lazarus VIP Online Registration Center?
Lazarus VIP operates from a secured online server. All transactions via web are encrypted and secured. Neither Lazarus VIP nor Antilles IT stores, uses or sells to third parties any information or data regarding your guests or registered users. All data will be managed by the administrator.
Can I use my own company logo or banner?
Yes. If you would like to include your banner or company logo you may send us the image to be included in the Lazarus VIP Online Event Registration website. All images should be sent to us in the best quality possible and in one of the following digital formats: (JPG, PNG, SWF, FLA, GIF, PDF, BMP, SVG).
How do I direct people to my registration page?
We will provide you with a link to include on your website, email or invitation to access the Lazarus VIP Online Event Registration homepage.
How can I subscribe to Lazarus VIP services? How much time does it take to setup my event account?
Please contact us to arrange a meeting so we can quickly setup up your Lazarus VIP Online Event Registration account. Your account can be setup in 48 hours as soon as we have received the following:
1. Your company logo or banner (optional)
2. Event details (Dates, prices, options, etc)
3. PayPal account has been created by your organization.
Does Lazarus VIP offer report creation?
Lazarus VIP provides a backend where administrators may access statistical tools and review the orders. The administrator will also be able to export data in spreadsheet format from the system if needed.

I can’t attend the event. How do I request a refund?
Lazarus VIP does NOT manage payments. Therefore, neither Lazarus VIP nor Antilles IT will be responsible for any refunds or problems related to the payment of an event. All transactions are managed by PayPal Online Services. The event administrator and its organization will be responsible for any refund or payment issue.
I know that the system supports live credit card payment processing, but what if I want to offer other payment methods to my customers?
All online payments are managed by PayPal Online Services. The guest may make a payment without creating a PayPal account. Currently, PayPal accepts all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal accounts. For more information visit www.paypal.com
